We're always looking to build our network of trusted collaborators so that we can quickly scale up to meet the needs of a campaign.

We work with photographers, film-makers, designers, illustrators, producers, developers and more.

What we're looking for:

• Collaboration - You’ll be willing to engage with feedback and our communication tools in order to collaborate, create and deliver content that has real and lasting impact

• Shared values - An interest in progressive politics will likely make the work more interesting for you too

• Understanding our clients and partners - The campaigns we work on can require an ability to adapt and respond quickly to current events, innovation to get creative with tight budgets and tight deadlines, and sensitivity towards the people we’re campaigning with - from school kids to warehouse workers.

• Timing - Depending on the needs of the campaign we might need collaborators for a day or two - for example on a shoot and edit - or longer term on a retainer basis

• Location - The team is office-based in London but projects can take us all over the UK
